Are there any Sunday runs going on right now? I usually hit 8 - 12 miles but it is hard to get motivated in the cold weather! I would love to run with someone else.
I usually run a little later than normal in the colder weather plus I am committed to teaching sunday school but can work out time and locations if there are not any other runs already scheduled.
Not that I'm aware of. Most are doing their Runs on Saturday.
If I can ever get my but moving again I like to do my runs on Sunday.

Let me know, I just did a 2 hour run at Rock Cut yesterday, never fun going that far alone.
I think there is a normal 8am Sunday running group that goes out on the trails in rock cut.
Yesterday I attended, and about 10 people showed. Some went 7 miles, some went 12.

Got get my but moving. Are they still meeting at Lyons? This is typically a good group with a large range of speeds.

Not doing 2 hours. Haven't been running much...ok not at all, and been eating WAY to much. I will probably check out the 8 Am sunday run group this coming week.
