Wednesday Group open water swim & bike will be at Rock Cut this week. We will meet at Olsen Lake @ 4:30 PM for the Swim and 5:30 PM for the bike ride. We will be doing hill work on the bike this week with loops around Rock Cut.
If you plan to swim the cost is $1 for Olsen Lake beach. I would also recommend a wet suit.
