Sunday's bike workout was great. 70 mins on the bike of aero base building at an intensity of 7.5 is a great start to getting the legs ready for June 10th Rockman, Rockton Tri June 16th, or just the 2007 season. Let's continue to build on this:

February's Long Group Bike Workouts:

Date 2/11
Time: 9AM
Place: Tom's house
Saddle time: 90 mins
Workout: Basebuilder I - Spinerval 16.0
Yoga to follow with a bit of core focus.

March Long Group Bike Workouts:

Date: March 4th
Time: 8:30 AM
Place: Tom's house
Saddle time: 120 min
Workout: Basebuilder V - Spinerval 25.0 - Compilation
Core & Yoga to follow.

I may add another March indoor session if the weather is too cold to ride outdoors. This session would be on March 18th. I will update everyone as we get closer to this date.

As always please RSVP me since room is an issue.

Any thoughts or additions?

Do you guys use your racing wheels on your trainers or "save" them?
Thanks,

I have a seperate pair for the trainer. Trainers are VERY hard on tires. Typically if you do any amount of training, even once a week, you'll have to replace your tire in the spring. I just keep my old ones and put one of my old ones on when trainer seaston shows up.

Thanks for the help!!!
